This is a stunning standard lamp base and shade combination. The mid-20th century shade frame has been hand bound and recovered with a beautiful linen fabric from GP&J Baker entitled ‘Ferns’. Trimmed with deep green tassel fringe trim and dark green gimp braid.
The base likely comes from the Far East, dates from the early to mid 20th century and is hand carved. It has been hand painted in a gorgeous green and rewired in three core green silk flex. New brass lamp holder and new plug with 3amp fuse. PAT tested.
